Returns and refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement.

You can inform us of your decision by email to official@rielh.com.

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Return conditions:

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

The goods are in their original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.

The supply of goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods that, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You bear the cost and risk of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address: Dybbølsbro, 3, 6th floor, 1577 Copenhagen

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of receipt.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to you to give to you later, we will refund the gift amount.
